Clam Pie

                              Clams, 1 qt. Quahogs or other large
                              Onions, 3 Tbsp, minced
                              Vinegar, 1 tsp
                              Butter, 1 Tbsp, melted
                              Clam juice, 1 cup
                              Pepper
                              Biscuit dough or Bisquick  mix

Drain clams, reserve juice.  Grind or finely mince clams.
Add clam juice and all other ingredients.  Simmer for 5
minutes.  Cover with Bisquik dough (see separate recipe or
Bisquik box).
  Bake 3/4 hour at 350 F until crust is brown.

(Serves 6-8 as appetizer, 4 for main course.)
